A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for a Resolution changing that portion of the road named Rapid Street to Apolda Street between the intersection of Rapid Street and 6th Street and Rapid Street and Mt. Rushmore Road.

Staff recommends that the Resolution changing that portion of the road named Rapid Street to Apolda Street between the intersection of Rapid Street and 6th Street and Rapid Street and Mt. Rushmore Road be approved.

A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to consider amendments to Section 2.60.150 of the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to Comprehensive Plan - Adoption.

Staff recommends that the Ordinance Amendment to consider amendments to Section 2.60.150 of the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to Comprehensive Plan - Adoption be approved.

Staff recommends that the Conditional Use Permit to allow billboards be continued to the March 25, 2004 Planning Commission meeting to allow the applicant to provide further information and a revised site plan.

The Future Land Use Committee recommends that the

Staff recommends that the Planned Residential Development - Initial and Final Development Plan be continued to the March 25, 2004 Planning Commission meeting to allow the applicant time to submit additional required information.

Staff recommends that the Review of Conditional Use Permit to allow a Mobile Home Park in the Medium Density Residential District be approved with stipulations.
