Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the Summary of Adoption Action and authorize publication in the Rapid City Journal.

No. 03OA002 - Ordinance Amendment
A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment amending Section 17.50.280 of Chapter 17.50 of the Rapid City Municipal Code relating to the storage and parking of trucks, trailers and commercial vehicles.

Staff recommends that the Ordinance Amendment be continued to the October 9, 2003 Planning Commission meeting to allow for staffing level to address all issues related to the proposed ordinance.
