following description: Commencing at a point along the east section line
of Section 28, said point being 607.94 feet south of the NE corner of
Section 28; thence S00º01'17"E, 1106.92 feet to a point along
the east section line of Section 28; thence S89º58'15"W, 399.77
feet to a point; thence N00º01'45"W, 1107.46 feet to a point;
thence S89º57'07"E, 399.92 feet to a point along the east section
line of Section 28, said point being 607.94 feet south of the NE corner
of Section 28 at the point of beginning; more generally described as being
located north and west of the intersection of I-90 and Elk Vale
