Staff recommends that the Planning Commission acknowledge the applicant's withdrawal.

The Future Land Use Committee recommends that the Planned Development Designation be approved contingent upon the approval of the associated Rezoning from Public District to Medium Density Residential District with one stipulations.

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

The Future Land Use Committee recommends that the Rezoning from Public District to Medium Density Residential District be approved in conjunction with a Planned Development Designation.

The Future Land Use Committee recommends that the Revocation of a portion of a Planned Development Designation be approved in conjunction with the associated Rezoning, Planned Development Designation and the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

 

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council.  All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.

Staff recommends that the Ordinance amending Chapter 17.32 of the Rapid City Municipal Code to add "automobile sales and display areas" as a permitted use in the Community Shopping Center District be approved.
