Staff recommends that the Planned Commercial Development - Initial and Final Development Plan be continued to the November 21, 2002 Planning Commission meeting to allow the applicant time to submit the required information regarding the noise generated by the air handling units and a revised landscaping plan.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the Planning Department by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action by the Planning Commission.
