Commercial with a Planned Commercial Development on the north 730
feet of the west 150 feet of the NE1/4 SE1/4 and the north 600 feet of
the east 1170 feet of the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington
County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located south
of Catron Boulevard and west of the proposed 5th Street extension.
