the alley, Block 4, Schnasse Addition to the City of Rapid City located in the
NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 31, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington
County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the
intersection of Herman Street and East Watertown Street.
