X of Lot H2, all located in Section 22, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington
County, South Dakota, and Lot H1 of the NE1/4 SE1/4, and Lot H1 of the SE1/4
SE1/4, all located in Section 21, T2N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County,
South Dakota, more generally described as being located north of Lange Road and
U.S. Interstate 90.
