On May 18, 2015 the City Council approved the City’s first consolidated fee schedule. This resolution included all existing fees that had either been approved by previous resolutions or are codified within the Rapid City Municipal Code. Once approved the single fee resolution may be updated annually or quarterly as part of the budgeting process. The Parks and Recreation Department and Police Department are requesting amendments to the fee resolution. Attached is the revised fee resolution, a redlined version of the fee resolution indicating the changes, and memorandums from both the Parks and Recreation and Police Department Directors regarding the need for the increases and/or additions. |
