Summary:

Action Plan Strategy LC-A4 in the 2014 Plan Rapid City Comprehensive Plan identifies the need to create a downtown area master plan. A committee of staff and downtown representatives selected Progressive Urban Management Associates from Denver, Colorado in an amount no to exceed $197,450.
