Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Western South Dakota Community Action.
CDBG funds will be used to educate, train and financially assist five-to-seven low-income entrepreneurs to enter the local prepared food market.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2015 CDBG Annual Action Plan. |
