Resolution No. 2015-061 Establishing Criteria for Prioritizing Replacement of Private Non-Conforming Sewer and Water Service Lines Per Chapter 13.12 of the Rapid City Municipal Code
Summary:
This Resolution is a companion to Ordinance 6060, which revises regulations relating to non-conforming water and sewer service lines.  The resolution replaces an earlier version from September of 2008, when the program to assist property owners with replacing non-conforming service lines began.  The point system in the resolution provides the method to prioritize projects, whether city-initiated or requested by property owners.
