In accordance with the Compass City Fees Audit, Staff is requesting approval of a single fee resolution. This resolution includes all existing fees that have either been approved by previous resolutions or are codified within the Rapid City Municipal Code. This resolution does not increase or adjust any fees. Once approved the single fee resolution would be updated annually or quarterly as part of the budgeting process. The single form will provide a baseline to assist Staff and City Council in the future evaluation of overall revenues and costs. The single fee resolution will also be easier to distribute to the public, post on-line, and use by Staff and City Council. |
