Acknowledgement of Notice of Election by President’s Plaza LLC
Summary:
Pursuant to the Fourth Addendum to the Master Development Agreement President’s Plaza LLC is required to notify the City if it elects to continue with the project by January 31, 2015. This notice is being provided to satisfy this requirement. President’s Plaza has indicated in the notice that it intends to move forward with the project subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Development Agreement. President’s Plaza has until the end of this year to be under contract for construction of the project.
