FY2014 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Cornerstone Rescue Mission
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Office to sign an original copy of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants and FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Cornerstone Rescue Mission. CDBG funds will be used for acquisition of a new Women and Children’s transitional housing group home. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2014 CDBG Annual Action Plan.

The FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant Funds.

Action: Choose an item. Approve Notes: In order to establish accounts for the Sub-recipients, the City needs to execute two copies of the Sub-recipients CDBG contracts.
