Summary: |

|
This resolution contains the new penalty and late fee structure in coordination with Ordinance 6023. It initially sets the penalties and late fees at the current level. It then implements the courtesy warning provision for over-time parking and the increased penalties for other violations effective February 1, 2015. This will allow the RCPD time to update its equipment, and it will also allow ample time for public notice of the changes. |
