|
In September, the Council passed Ordinance No. 6005, which codified the Community Investment Committee. The ordinance became effective September 26, 2014, and this month the Committee held its first two meetings and recommended adopting the attached proposed bylaws. Under the ordinance, the Common Council must approve the Committee’s bylaws in order for them to become effective. Staff recommends approval of the proposed bylaws, which the Committee reviewed and voted to recommend to the Council. |
