|
On August 12, the Building Board of Appeals suspended the contractor’s license belonging to James S. Steele Construction Company as to future building permits until the code violations that were found by the Board are corrected or the suspension is lifted. R.C.M.C. 15.04.130(G) provides that license determinations made by the Building Board of Appeals may be appealed to City Council. The basis for the suspension was code violations which the Board found at its November 2013 meeting which have not been fixed. |
