Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Dakota Plains Legal Service.
CDBG funds will be used for legal assistance to homeless, elderly, and Rapid City residents who meet income guidelines and/or community education.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2014 CDBG Annual Action Plan. |
