|
In 2012, the Council gave authorization for the Finance Officer to request proposals for a new ERP (Financial) Software System to replace its current IFAS system. After much due diligence, including participation from all departments, the recommendation of the User Group Committee and Executive Committee is to contract with Tyler Technologies for their Munis ERP Software System. In addition, it is the recommendation of the Executive Committee, to contract with Berry Dunn McNeil & Parker, LLC for ERP Software Project Management Services to assist in/lead the implementation of the Munis System. Implementation will occur in four phases with final go-live estimated to occur in October 2015. |

Majority of this will come from the General Fund with some funding from CIP and Enterprise funds – Complete project, including contract with Tyler Technology, BerryDunn and contingency, is not to exceed $1,680,000 |
