FY2013 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Addiction Recovery Centers of the Black Hills.
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign original copy of the FY 2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contracts for the Addiction Recovery Centers of the Black Hills. CDBG funds will be used to provide training activities for clients and to hire a Program Specialist and Technician. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2013 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
