The Rapid City Area Air Quality Board authorized staff on December 10, 2012 to make the proposed changes to RCMC 8.34 and recommended Legal and Finance to approve the changes as proposed on 6/10/2013. The Pennington County Commission unanimously approved changes to the Pennington County Ordinance No. 12 (County Air Quality Ordinance) with the same revisions recommended for RCMC 8.34, Pursuant to SDCL 34A-1-36 and ARSD 74:36:18. |
