Summary:
Tax Increment District Seventy was created on September 15, 2008, and Council approved a Project Plan for TIF 70 on February 6, 2012.  This Agreement with Alta Terra Development, LLC sets forth the work for which Developer may be reimbursed from the TIF 70 Fund as well as the conditions of any reimbursement.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
All disbursements to Developer will come out of Tax Increment District Seventy Fund.
