Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Development Applications for Platting and Development of the Black Hills Visitors Information Center Property
Summary:
The Black Hills Visitors Information Center is owned by the City.  Dream Design is coordinating the development of the property surrounding the BHVIC, including possibly enlarging the BHVIC lot to include additional parking.  Because property owners must sign all development applications, authorization is needed to permit the Mayor to sign the development applications that concern the BHVIC property.
