PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended
that the Tax Increment District No. 49 Project Plan be approved with the Project Plan to be revised to provide for repayment with ten years prior to City Council approval.


LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Tax Increment District No. 49 Project Plan be continued to the September 21, 2006 Planning Commission meeting.
