A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to consider amendments to Section 17.50.250(C) of the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to provisions for wheelchair ramps.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to Section 17.50.250(C) of the Rapid City Municipal Code pertaining to provisions for wheelchair ramps be approved.

Vote: (7 to 0 with Brannan, Brown, Henning, Hoffmann, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt and Stone voting yes and none voting no)
