| The Parks & Recreation Subcomittee recommended unanimously that the City Council approve the potential location based on priority as: #1 the Rapid Trout site; #2 The Journey museum site. Further, they recommended that the Packing Plant site be eliminated and recommended that the resolution of issues such as the project design, budget, funding and maintenance plan be presented to the Parks & Recreation Subcommittee for review and approval prior to initiation of the project. |
