 12)      Authorize Expenditure of $20,000 from the FY2003 CIP Contingency Fund to pay the City's Portion of the Cost to Relocate the Fiber Optics along Fifth and Omaha Streets.  Black Hills FiberCom will fund the balance ($40,000).
