A request by Thurston Design Group, LLP to consider an application for an Ordinance amending Chapters 17.04 and 17.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code to add "art centers" as a Conditional Use in the Central Business Zoning.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment amending Chapters 17.04 and 17.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code to add "art centers" as a Conditional Use in the Central Business Zoning be approved.

VOTE:  (9 to 0)
