A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment amending Section 17.54.020 (A) of the City of Rapid City Zoning Ordinance to change the application fee from seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a zoning variance request.

LEGAL & FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Legal and Finance Committee recommended that the Ordinance Amendment be sent to City Council without a recommendation.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment be approved.

Vote: (8 to 0 with Brennan, Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mickelson, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
