A request by the City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Elk Vale Neighborhood Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 25.5 acre parcel from Low Density Residential to Public on the north 840 feet of the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section 3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of Elk Vale Road and north of Degeest Street.


PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan by revising the Elk Vale Neighborhood Future Land Use Plan to change the future land use designation on a 25.5 acre parcel from Low Density Residential to Public be approved.

Vote: (8 to 0 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Stone, Swedlund, Wall and Wevik voting yes and none voting no)
