FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Hagg Development Inc.
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Hagg Development, Inc. CDBG funds will be used to design and infrastructure a project for affordable housing. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council on December 7, 2015.
