Authorize Staff to sign a contract and purchase software from Physio Control
Summary:
Allow staff to sign a contract and purchase software from Physio Control called PulsePoint.  PulsePoint is a potentially lifesaving software package that enables citizen responders to act quickly in an emergency and respond to other citizens that have experienced sudden cardiac death.  The contract is for a 5 year commitment.  Initial purchase price is $18,000 and then 8,000 for the next 4 years.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
Initial $18,000 will come from a private donation given through the Black Hills Area Community foundation.  Following years will come from the ambulance enterprise fund.
