The amendment eliminates the Trickling Filter Pump Station Design and Bidding Services from the scope of the agreement. Prior to beginning the design of a new WRF Trickling Filter Pump Station the City became aware of new potential WRF regulatory discharge requirements. Therefore, design of a new Trickling Filter Pump Station was put on hold until the impact of the potential new discharge requirements are analyzed and a Facility Plan is developed for the WRF. Design and bidding of a new WRF Trickling Filter Pump Station will be conducted, as required, under a separate agreement. |
