Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign 2 original copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Youth & Family Services Counseling.
CDBG funds will be used for YFS Counseling to supplement assistance cost for 52 couseling visits per year for indigent and very low-income individuals who cannot afford to pay a fee.
Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council in the FY 2015 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
