On August 17, 2015 the City Council approved a Resolution of Intent to Enter into a Lease with the Rapid City Club for Boys and set the hearing date on the proposed lease for September 8th. The required legal notice was published in the Rapid City Journal on August 22, 2015. Staff recommends that the Lease Agreement be approved. |
