This ordinance changes the time limits for parking downtown from 2 hours to 3 hours. The current 2-hour zone is changed to a 3-hour zone. It also removes the graduated penalty for time zone and meter violations. Should this ordinance be approved on first reading, a revised fee resolution will accompany it on second reading so that the fine amounts for time violations and meters, recommended to be $10, will be changed simultaneously. |
