Summary: |

This Resolution is a companion item to Ordinance 6045 to change downtown parking from 2 hours to 3 hours. The Resolution sets fine amounts for over-time parking and expired meters at $10, with a $5 late fee. The graduated penalty is repealed by Ordinance 6045, so all tickets for over-time parking and meter violations will be $10 with no escalation for subsequent violations. The other penalties are unchanged. |
