Summary:
The purpose of this item is to solicit input and provide feedback on the next steps for the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.  Suggested steps include: 1. Scheduling an After Action Review aka “hot wash” with the Executive Task Force 2. Discussing the principles outlined at the 3/11/2015 press conference: A less expensive plan that addresses a) ADA / code compliance b) Minimizing impact to existing events c) Future marketability 3. Reconstituting and reappointing an Executive Task Force -- bringing in new ideas while maintaining the historical knowledge and building on efforts already achieved.
