Authorize the Black Hills Farmers Market to use Founders Park for the 2015 season.
Summary:
The Parks and  Recreation Advisory Board voted unanimously on February 12, 2015 to allow the Farmers Market to use Founders Park for the 2015 season as follows: · Every Saturday from May 5, 2015 through June 30, 2015 · Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from July 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015 · The first three Saturdays in November Parks and Recreation Staff met with representatives of the Black Hills Farmers Market in January to discuss the past summer and the 2015 season. Staff is very pleased with the current working relationship and excited that BHFM will be able to remain in Founders Park during the Fat Tire Festival. This will eliminate the need for the Market to relocate during that weekend. The Parks and Recreation Department fully supports the efforts of the Black Hills Farmers Market and recommends that the Market be allowed to use Founders Park in 2015.
