The District and Project Plan for Tax Increment District #63 was approved in June of 2007. The Finance Director has indicated that the final payment associated with the approved Project Plan has been made. In 2005 the base assessed valuation of the District was $1,081,104. Based on the South Dakota Department of Revenue’s 2014 TIF Certification, the assessed value for Tax Increment District #63 is $18,327,205 for an increase of $17,246,101 over the base valuation. |
