This contract will be for a 60-month lease and maintenance program (Option 2) for a black and white copier and a color copier, which will replace the current units that are shared by departments and located on the second floor of CSAC. We are also recommending award of Alternates 2 and 4 for a 36-inch Printer and a Laser Jet Printer for the Community Planning Department. The bid from Dakota Business Center is the lowest responsible bid as the lowest bid did not meet specifications. |
