Summary:

This purchase is to replace a 1999 Dodge Durango and a 2003 Ford Ranger. The Durango has had severe mechanical issues and the Ranger was totaled while parked in the 5th Street Lot by an uninsured motorist. Local dealers were not able to match the State Bid Price.
