The applicant has submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to re-plat the noted parcel into a transferable lot. The parcel is located north of Longview Road adjacent to and west of Radar Hill Road. The applicant has requested and obtained an exception to defer improvements to Radar Hill Road on the east side of the property, as warranted, until the property is subdivided or future improvements to Radar Hill Road are required. The submitted WORP provides a mechanism for future financial contributions for improvements and serves as notification of potential liability if property is sold. |
