The Rapid City Economic Development Foundation has applied for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan in which there is a regional drainage channel that extends through the proposed platted property. The drainage channel was found to be undersized. Therefore, the Rapid City Economic Development Foundation, shall construct the drainage channel to handle the 100 year storm and an easement dedicated following channel construction. The Covenant Agreement outlines the responsibilities of all parties related to the drainage channel. |
