Approve Three Year Contract Renewal with Berkley Risk Services.
Summary:
The City of Rapid City uses Berkley Risk as the third party administrator for our workers compensation claims.  The attached contract is for a three year term beginning January 1, 2015 and proposes a 2% increase per claim over the 2014 contract.
