Approve Second Addendum to Memorandum of Agreement with the Kiwanis-Mary Hall Park Committee
Summary:
In 2007 the City entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Kiwanis Mary Hall Park Committee to develop and maintain Mary Hall Park The Kiwanis organization would like to continue this Agreement and is requesting an extension through October 15, 2016. At their meeting on November 13, 2014 the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommended that the Agreement be extended.
