Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Covenant Agreement between the City of Rapid City and Garage LLC to Permit an Electrical Service Box to Encroach Into the Adjacent Public Right of Way
Summary:
Garage LLC owns the building at 402 St. Joseph Street and has requested permission to place an electrical service box in the alleyway, encroaching on public right of way.  This agreement would permit Garage LLC to locate the electrical hardware in the alleyway, but it also provides that Garage LLC or future owners would have to remove the hardware at the owner’s sole expense if the City determines that it is necessary to remove the encroachment.
