This project is for the construction of water, wastewater and stormwater quality utilities for the City of Rapid City within the area of the SDDOT Jackson Boulevard reconstruction project located between Chapel Lane and Rapid Creek. The City entered into an agreement with the SDDOT authorizing award of the project. The agreement was approved by the City Council on May 19, 2014. |
