Additional time and effort required to complete the CQA of the Cell 16 Liner and Leachate Collection System project. This project was originally scheduled to be completed last fall, but due to the October blizzard and subsequent adverse weather, we were forced to shut the project down until spring. This has added considerable time to the project, along with additional testing requirements and field support. |
